Life is a journey. Indeed!
Everybody has there ups and downs, and I guess that my journey hasn't been that much different from someone else's.
But if you can learn something from it, it has been more than worth it.
Making a stand can be somewhat difficult. Especially if you have a tendency to depend on others and worry what they might think of you.
No more than 15/16 years old. I had finished high school and then what? Everybody else was going to collage or at the very least had a plan for their lifes.
I didn't.
No plan, no nothing and the worst part.. a counselor had declared me not fit for collage. So even if I wanted to I couldn't go because of him. No school would take me since he official had made it a no go.
So what now?
Two choices here.
Either do as told, which basically placed me in the hands of others or make a stand for myself.
I took a stand! I wanted to be an exchange student!
That didn't make me popular. Not at all. But I stood my ground and stood up to those who wanted me in there power.
You can't do that, you are not mature enough, you are not good enough to do that, who are you to think you are, you won't get anywhere, better you do as I say..
Sounds familiar?
The comments were many. And there believe in me was non existent.
But none the less, I stood my ground and went to the states as an exchange student.
The point being here, don't let anybody tell you what to do. You know best and what works for you.
The mind is a powerful thing
We can heal the physical body with our thoughts. If we believe in something, we can achieve it.
Quite often we treat the symptoms around the sickness instead of facing the main source to our problem. If we deal with the main source we treat our body at the sametime.
The conscious mind deals with 40 million peaces of information pr. second.
The unconscious mind deals with 20 million peaces of information pr second.
So we have an opportunity here to take control of a whole lot of information here.
We have the mental freedom to change our lives and create that life and idea about, who we are.
When the energy - cause that's what thoughts are - are coming into your mind to be processed, we have the power to decide what to do with it.
We can reject it or we can welcome it.
We can give it form and make it in to something we can see or touch.
